The reason why i am saying all this is cuz i want your help in bringing awareness to the company and others how i was treated and how my newly purchased laptop was serviced by msi service center.For various reasons, keyboards on both laptops and desktops may suddenly stop functioning properly. my current issues are, scratched paint on the new panel on both the left and right side of the laptop, track pad is totally messed up, some parts of the track pad is poped out and some are in, its not evenly situated, screw on the back left side under the hing is not getting in rightly, i asked the repair person why this happend and he said he couldnt do anything as the placement inside is changed somehow, there seems to be a noticeable bulge right next to the track pad. I have never experienced any service like this from other brands. 1st of all i would like to explain how the customer care service went, IT WAS TERRIBLE. Unfortunately now i have more problems than before. Yesterday I drove 6 hrs one way to my nearest MSI service center to fix my keyboard (my enter key was broken), after changing the enter top keyboard housing the keyboard issue was solved.
